The Suncats organization expects every member to maintain academic excellence and promote the importance of team unity, personal sacrifice, and hard-work.
The foundation of achieving our athletic goals is based on three simple principles: practice, strength and conditioning, and competition.
- Practice- To develop fundamentals, team chemistry, and work ethic. We expect each player to attend all practices and work on their own on days off from practice.
- Strength and conditioning- The foundation of any good team is a strong strength and conditioning program. Our program consists of two days per week of strength training, two days per week of core strengthening and two days per week of speed work.
- Competition- Playing time in games is the reward for working hard in practices. We play to win every game.
